Mind Essentials 2 week check-in

I started on a Thursday and then took two days off on the weekend. I may have had a placebo affect during those first two days, but I feel like I noticed instantly that I could focus much better. The following week took a few days, but eventually I felt like I was handling complexities with just a bit more clarity. The challenges of emotional temptation has lifted its weight slightly to a more methodical and structured mindset, but I am totally convinced yet. I invested in Mind Essentials because I am working on a technical certification which requires much planning and rigorous reading and lab work. I may have chosen a slightly inconvenient time to test this product, because I am in a heightened traumatic state than normal being that I just moved from an apartment into my first house with a mortgage. I want to say it is actually helping me where I usually get reactive and emotional, I'm now starting to process thoughtfully through these challenges more than usual. I do think I will make another assessment in the coming weeks.

Didn't really notice an effect.

I tried Focus for 2 weeks and noticed little to to no effect. I followed the recommended dosage outlined on the box/bottle for 5 days with a two break in between and can't say that I noticed any difference. I just received my bottle of Qualia Focus 3 days ago, and have tried it 3 times. I would like a bit more time before rendering a final assessment, but so far, I have found it to be effective in enhancing focus. I notice a slight stimulation effect, perhaps due to the presence of caffeine, but the cognitive enhancement goes beyond what I normally experience with caffeine. I tried it twice while working ( I am a software developer, which generally requires an ability to focus deeply over extended periods of time. And once, just after a morning aerobic workout and prior to an hour of yoga. I wanted to see if the product might help me keep my mind from wandering during the uyoga. I can't say that I noticed much difference, but would like to try this a few more times, as, from day to day, a number of differenct factors could be at play, such as how well I slept the previous night etc.
