Will F. reviewed Qualia Mind
I went into taking Qualia mind fully with the expectation of being able to ramp up my mental focus and clarity. The first day I took it, I decided to keep the initial doses lower to be on the safe side. I took four capsules the first time, and within 45 minutes, I did notice (as I was outside at work at the time) that everything seemed to come into a sharp clarity, also colors seemed momentarily brighter. This effect only lasted for about 10 minutes however before it faded away. I found myself wondering if it was the Qualia mind working or a placebo effect, as during the next few days of taking them I felt no effect whatsoever. I decided the 4th and 5th day to up the intake to 5 capsules, still nothing. I am on my second week now (as I took the recommended 2 days off) and have yet to get the effect or focus that I am looking for. I will try the recommended full dosage and see what happens. All in all, Qualia mind seems similar to drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. Hopefully in a few weeks I will be changing my opinion of this supplement!
