I feel generally pretty good but can't necessarily say it's made a huge noticeable difference in my day to day feelings, well being, and temperament. However, I have not felt groggy in the morning at all so that's a plus.

So much energy!
Right away I noticed all day energy. Not hyper, buzzy energy like you might get from too much coffee, but smooth, good-feeling energy.
