I experienced an allergic reaction and had to discontinue. I tried taking with food and at lower dosages. May try to continue after a few more weeks.

Couldn’t get past the smell
Hard to tell if it made any visible difference in my skin. Had a bit of a fishy smell/taste.

Minimal changes
While I used the product for all 12 weeks, the difference I noticed was minimal. I did not notice any major differences in skin tone. The texture was generally smoother. Overall Skin Improvement
