If taken about 2-3 hours prior to sleeping, I have a noticeably deeper sleep. I think it's effects are better when you have a full 7 hrs+ of rest.
Sound resful sleep, slight heartburn
Did not make me feel sleepy or groggy the next day. I fell asleep quicker and slept longer. If I did get up to go to the bathroom I fell back asleep quickly. Easier for me to rise in the morning. 1 star off because It gave me slight heartburn.

Probably the best sleep hack product in the market. I take it around 7 pm after a meal and by 9 pm, my body gets to a sleep mode as I am an early riser. My REM sleep has increased by about 50%. I take it Sun - Thur and off on weekends and holidays where I can go to sleep late and wake up late.
Like putting the engines in neutral
This is a very different approach. Rather than feeling drugged or spacey, I just felt more calm. I’ve likened it to letting the gears disengage a bit, putting myself into “neutral.” LOVE IT!!!
