Helped manage stress better the days I took it.

I can’t say that I noticed a profound difference. Having said that, my wife told me that she noticed a difference in my stress response.

Hard to track changes attributable to Q. Resilience, due to great changes in my daily life in the last month.

The product does what it states, I feel more relaxed after taking it. Even on the days that I should feel overwhelmed.

Iva had the focus and the resilient products, amazing stuff! I’ve had sustained focus and stress relief for hours on end!
