Seems to help

This supplement does seem to help increase my mental energy and focus for 3-4 hours. Sometimes the ginger extract is a bit noticeable, especially on an empty stomach. I'd recommend to give it a try

Focus Study

The 1st week, I've noticed a modest increase in my ability to focus. My energy levels have been good in the morning with a slight dip in the early afternoon. This is most likely due to the caffeine.
