I have better, more restful sleeps. It's subtle and slow to take action, but I do think my quality of life and overall energy have increased -- it took about 3 weeks.

Great product
Since taking the life supplement for about a month, I feel that I can wake up easier and deal with stressful situations better than I used to. Would recommend this product!

Great product so far
I had a good experience with the product. I’m rating it 5 stars because I did experience a boost of energy that was noticeable.
