Terrible customer support

After I received the product, I noticed that the instructions are poor. There are six capsules/day and there’s no information if you take all six at once or two in the morning, two in the afternoon two at night. Then I looked online and there’s a mention that you don’t need to take all six in the same day you can ramp up slowly if you’re concerned about taking all six. But no mention of why you would be concerned to take all six. I reached out to customer service over a month ago and there has been no response. So I have not started the product and I will cancel my subscription. Odd that they send me an email asking for a review. Let’s see if they publish it.

Qualia
Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback, I apologize you never received a response from us to your initial inquiry. I double checked our system as we have not received any email inquiries from you before today. As you mentioned, the general recommendation is to take all 6 capsules of Qualia Senolytic one day, and the following day, take the other 6 capsules. It doesn't matter if you take them all at once or spread throughout the day. We do advise customers who are trying Senolytic for the first time that, rather than taking the full recommended dose of 6 capsules a day on 2 back-to-back days during the first month, it’s fine to start by taking a lower dose and spreading it out over a few more days, or to start at a lower dose and eventually build up to the recommended dose. This is just because we have customers who are nervous about introducing a new supplement to their regimen, but it is not necessary to start this way. During a water fast, or other types of periodic detox or cleanse protocols, a person may experience light headaches, lack of energy, slight irritability, gastrointestinal disturbances, or other mildly unpleasant symptoms. Similar experiences actually occur for a small percentage of people when taking a placebo in scientific studies. Put another way, many of the experiences thought of as being detox symptoms are not unusual and can occur for some people when doing something new (even an inert substance like a placebo). In our pre-market testing of Qualia Senolytic, detox symptom types of experiences occurred at about the same frequency as what would be expected from taking a well-tolerated dietary supplement or a placebo substance.* If you do notice any of these experiences and they are mild, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and consider taking a lower dose the next few times you take Qualia Senolytic. Our general recommendation is to take Qualia Senolytic with food. The reason for this recommendation is because (1) with food is the most common way senolytics have been used in studies, and (2) Qualia Senolytic contains concentrated food extracts, some of which may be more bioavailable if taken with food. When we tested Qualia Senolytic prior to launch, some participants chose to take it with food and others took it without food. So, if taking supplements on an empty stomach is something that you tolerate well and find more convenient, feel free to take it without food. I hope that helps! Please respond to the email I sent you a few minutes ago if there are any further questions we can answer for you! Warmly, Bailey *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease
