Nearly every āsleepā product contains melatonin and I get a melatonin hangover when I wake up. Thatās why I love Qualia. No hangover, wide awake and refreshed.

Qualia Night- restful wife happy life!
Bought it for my wife and she was able to sleep through the night without taking gravol or waking up every couple of hours which is something she's struggled with for a few years. :)

Excellent.
Best sleep product that I have tried. Works better than combination of other products and methods. Affects during of sleep, duration and quality of Rem and Nrem sleep per Oura ring. Feel rested and refreshed in the morning. Better energy during the following day.
