After being introduced with other brands I didn’t feel much benefits and became a bit discouraged about neutropics but it wasn’t until I got my hands on a bottle of Qualia Mind and Qualia Night. Works well, I've noticed more focus. Also got the Night version, has helped me a lot with sleeping. Can be hard to wake up though but ... That may be my fault🤦
