The capsule is made too big

The capsule is too big to swallow to point of blocking the throat. Extremely difficult to take 8 capsules at a time. Will not continue taking it for safety purposes.

You can open the capsules and take them with water or even place under the tongue for quicker absorption. If stomach upset occurs, take them with food (smoothie, juice, soup, yogurt, etc). Our support team has canceled your Life subscription for you.
