Unable to cxl

I have tried to stop my monthly subscription under manage and I’m still getting it every month. I don’t quite understand. So I am paying subscription price even though there are discounts offered every single month which for some reason don’t apply to my order.

The last time time you reached out was on Oct 6 in which you requested to cancel your subscriptions. Then you placed a new order in December with new subscriptions. Company and quality of product is excellent, I personally didn't notice a difference but I am hopeful it cleaned out my old cells as advertised.
