I think both are working but i need more time after only app 3 months . The nada + i felt an energy surge quickly.

I have started with taking 2 in the morning. I feel more productive, more focussed, and increased motivation to crank through my task list.

I had bought this a while ago and didn’t think it worked for me. Months later and I have been using it again and it has definitely improved my sleep. I am able to fall asleep but I always have trouble staying asleep. This has helped me stay asleep until the alarm goes off!

I've been following this company for years and finally ordered the product. Yay! I love it. Just getting started but already I feel the difference.

I have had a lot more energy and drive to get things done than I had previously. Lately, I have been extra lazy and having difficulties getting things done. It seems like NAD+ is a good supplement for my current needs.
