Best thing I've ever tried. Really slows down the system and provides a deep, wonderful foundation for a deep restorative sleep.

I take this and I can't help, but slow down, relax, rest and eventually find myself in bed going to sleep.

I slept better and more sound

I don't know the science but it WORKS. I get a deeper more full sleep in less hours.
