Best sleep /Most Vivid dreams = Ever
I was uncomfortable with the pricing, however, I decided to give it a try for 2 bottles - which I shared with my partner after I sensed something very positive was happening. Both of us are having very very positive outcomes.

Helps fall asleep
I took the product about 3 hours before I go to sleep. It definitely helped me get drowsy and I was able to fall asleep quickly. Helps me stay asleep
I believe the product helped me stay asleep and not wake up four hours after falling asleep.
