Extremely difficult to cancel subscription

I have repeatedly e-mailed and called to stop my subscriptions. Despite having stopped them months ago I continue to receive, and be billed for, unwanted product. I'm at the point where I'm going to cancel my credit card then perhaps the shipments will stop. Be sure the product is worth this hassel before signing up.

Unfortunately, you signed up for an additional subscription with a different email address, hence the continued renewal orders. We were able to find your other subscription that you opened with a different email address, and canceled that subscription.
