I do NOT have issues with sleep so I was hesitant on whether I should take it or not. I did a little experiment using two bottles ( two months) and tracking (WHOOP) my sleep. I stopped using the bottles and tracked again for a month and noticed that while using the Qualia Sleep my REM and SWS (deep) sleep was significantly higher ( longer periods), therefore, my recovery is much better while using the product. I ordered it immediately after noticing this and will continue to use it. In the past. I noticed that even though I sleep 8+ hrs, a large % was in light sleep and felt tired the next day. I tried melatonin but that only made me drowsy the next day. Loving this product as all of the other products.

Taking Qualia Night before bed as part of my evening wind down helps me feel more relaxed for a good nights sleep, and restored when I wake up in the morning.
Great product
This product helps so much with my sleep. Got a headache for a little bit a couple days into taking it but could be coincidental. I’d definitely take it again though. Felt well rested the next day!
