Great Product
I did notice ease of falling asleep, staying asleep, and returning back to sleep after waking.

Slept like a baby!
I usually have trouble falling and staying asleep, with this product I slept like a baby. If I happened to wake up in the night I would fall right back asleep, something normally hard for me to do. I woke up relaxed and ready for the day. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has trouble wit...

did not improve sleep for me
I have had great benefit from Qualia life but the Qualia Night did not imrpove sleep for me
