Noticed a difference in the first week

My issue with sleep is staying there! I don’t have issues falling asleep. I also would never be able to get into deep sleep. I know that’s environmental. But changing habits and adding this supplement has helped with my quality of sleep. I am notice an hour of deep sleep a night! Compared to the usually maybe 15 minutes! I will continue to use regularly. The only off thing I noticed was my dreams! I was dreaming every night for the first couple weeks. Now just occasionally.

Qualia Night improved my sleep

I was able to cut the number of wakenings from 6 to 10 a night down to 4 or 5. I was able to return to sleep quicker. I was so relaxed each morning, I found it hard to get myself out of bed.

Awesome product

It's well worth the cost to be able to sleep at night. I'm able to sleep a whole night and not toss and turn. I've tried many supplements and thus one works for me. I like the 5 days on and 2 off approach. Awesome product!

The only sleep supplement that seems to work

I've tried numerous sleep supplements and Q Night is the only one that seems to work subjectively in terms of how I feel and objectively based on the nights oura ring data. I'd make it 5 out of 5 if not for the price
