Hi, I just started my Qualia for 5 nites, 2 off then restarted and am on nite 3. I take it after dinner so me 8 pm but don't turn in until around midnight. I'm calmer but still have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I guess I was expecting miracle. I'll keep at it for a few more rounds and see where it goes.
Better quality sleep
I feel like this product worked in a subtle way. How long it took and how easy it was to initially fall asleep didn't change, but I did notice that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night while I was taking it, and I didn't feel as much of an urge to take a nap during the day
Better Sleep and Recovery
Slept great! Definitely looked forward to taking it every evening, I rested well and was ready for the next day. Specifically noticed lower resting heart rate and improved HRV (via Oura), was able to train harder (6 days per week) and feel recovered.
Kept Me Asleep All Night
I liked this product. I noticed that throughout the week I was taking it I tended to stay asleep through the entire night instead of waking up every couple of hours. However, I also noticed I was pretty groggy in the mornings.
