I took the capsules every night for 4 nights around 7 or 8pm with the hopes of being asleep around 11PM. I find it very difficult to fall asleep most night and I feel like I was able to fall asleep with less issues while use this. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has trouble falling asleep. I did have to adjust to waking up however, I found I did have a harder time waking up at 8am.

I take this along with Valeian Root and Glycine and they collaborate toward better sleep, and usually deeper sleep, certainly REM sleep.

Great product
Have been using the product for multiple months. I have noticed a significant improvement in sleep quality and rest. These improvements have been quantified using sleep tracker analysis. The product does not cause drowsiness and I notice a difference in sleep when not using the product.
I was skeptical but no more.
A few months ago, I figured why not give it a try. Now 4 orders later, I am still taking the pills. I don't know if it's a placebo effect, or if they really are good, but it helps me fall asleep and to me that is a win!
