I take a long time to wake up, partially because I regularly only get 6-7 hrs. I found that I woke up about 2 hours before my alarm with a fresh mind. If I went back to sleep, which I usually did, it felt like I was breaking through hibernation. It was extremely difficult to get up. I started taking it earlier in the evening thinking I took it too late and the same thing happened. I took it at 4pm one day and that was a solid night with a good, heavy workout the next morning. I think another week of this supplement would have helped me fine-tune it’s application.
Dials up the volume for the need for sleep
I take this and I can't help, but slow down, relax, rest and eventually find myself in bed going to sleep.
Remembering dreams again!
I really like this product and think that if taken consistently on a 5day/week schedule, I could experience really good sleep! The first night was a little rough, as I couldn't get to sleep for a couple of hours, but the remainder of the nights were pretty good. I did begin to remember my dreams ...
Vivid dreams
I wish it were a few less capsules to take, but 4 isn't so bad. I also felt relaxed and noticed improved sleep with better dream recall when I only took 3.
A longer trial
I am not sure how much of a difference taking Qualia night made. I live in Texas and did quite a bit of work in extreme heat lately. That being said, I did feel pretty good most mornings when I got up (even when my Oura said I did not get the best sleep, HRV was down, HR up, etc). I will defin...
