Probably the best sleep hack product in the market. I take it around 7 pm after a meal and by 9 pm, my body gets to a sleep mode as I am an early riser. My REM sleep has increased by about 50%. I take it Sun - Thur and off on weekends and holidays where I can go to sleep late and wake up late.
Better Nights
I have trouble staying asleep as well as entering R.E.M. cycles. After a couple of nights I've seen an uptick in my HRV as well as R.E.M. cycles. Will continue to monitor to see where I'm at after every week. Also, I appreciate the two day off cycling, this makes a lot of sense.
Off to a great start
I just started 4 weeks ago, I always believed I didn't need much sleep but since I started qualia, I sleep longer and deeper and feel energised as soon as I get up and have seen an improvement in my HRV scores.
Great Product So Far
This has been great for winding down before bed. Overall my sleep has been great. Did see an increase in crazy dreams, but hoping that just means more REM.
Q Sleep
I take it 4, sometimes 3 hours before lights out and it's really been helping me transition from my 12 hour hair on fire work shifts towards recharging my brain, body and soul during the 7-8 hours of sleep. Your recommendation of 5 days on & 2 days off the product is working 5 by 5 for me. ...
