Basically everything I hoped it would be. The feeling is subtle but the effect profound. Definitely not good if you don't get enough sleep. And absolutely do not drink alcohol! Two beers had a devastating effect. Also, tried a higher dose and it made me extremely groggy and foggy. Been on the recommended dose on a three on, one off, two on, one off split and couldn't be happier. I do wish I was getting better sleep. Sleep deprivation seems to eliminate all benefits. I've often had trouble following through on tasks, having been diagnosed with ADD and dyslexia. The noticeable physical effect when taking Qualia is that I don’t feel anything in particular - it’s more an absence of feeling that I need a nap in the afternoon. Otherwise it seems that my sense of time is such that the number of tasks to do don’t seem as formidable; it is as though I have extra time - more space of time - in which to accomplish them. This product appears to be working for me. I am noticing improvement in my concentration when meditating and during my daily life activities. I am less reactive and more responsive to life challenges. I am taking 2 of bottle one and 4 of bottle two. This is a reduced dosage compared with what is recommended.

I only take a third of the recommended amount because I have a problem with caffeine, however, that is enough to make a difference in my focus, memory and mental acuity. I will increase slowly again in the upcoming weeks. Thanks for a great product.

62 years old. Focus is much improved.Memory greatly enhanced. We have our own business ,O'Mara Sprung Floors Inc. It is a family owned business that is constantly improving and expanding which translates to more work than can possibly get done in a day.I used to have trouble picking one of a multitude of projects to accomplish. It was overwhelming but now a calm focus is the norm.

We run an 11 acre exotic fruit Farm on the big Island of Hawaii. Sometimes it can get quite overwhelming. Since starting taken qualia two weeks ago we've been more productive than ever. I can focus longer and deeper!

I like the product. My job requires me to find a flow state and stick with it for hours in order to keep up with demand. I'm naturally an introvert so being able to communicate is difficult sometimes. This product helps me overcome some of those difficulties. I'm grateful for it
