I experience very minor short lasting headaches throughout the day on 5 pills but I haven't exercised in a few days. I also feel more dehydrated than without taking the pills and require more water at the end of the day upon realizing I forgot to drink enough. I believe after a couple more weeks of use I'll know when I should cut to 3-4 vs 5 depending on my exercise schedule and other factors like drinking coffee (which I prefer not to) but socially slips itself in. The main effect I felt was a huge boost in mood. I felt ridiculously happy all day. I'm generally a happy person, but I was noticeably more enthusiastic about life and felt incredibly grateful all day. I also had a boost in productivity, motivation, and focus. Only downside was sleep, but hopefully, there were confounding factors that may have led to difficulty falling asleep.

My work is very physical and I have to interact with people all the time. I often feel like I simply have no physical energy to put into a quality human connection. I felt that I was so much more aware of how I feel, I had great control over my mind and ability to stay focused and keep my energy high.

I’ve taken each Qualia product and this is the one that works best for me. Focus, concentration and the ability to articulate better during conversation are all things I see when I take this product. Day 2 I was out of coffee, normally a rough day, and I felt great through an entire day of mundane work, cleaning the house and such, while watching our children and coaching one of of them for 2 hours. This is where I’m going to vote with my dollars.

I have more motivation, more energy, clarity, enthusiasm, resources mentally and physically.

Great!! Subtle but discernible difference in energy level and focus in afternoon (what is normally a slump time) and then more energy during a workout!

I feel more able to work out problems at work and give meaningful suggestions. My sleep has been very deep and undisturbed.

I'm most conscious of the sense of clarity I feel. I've tried lots of nootropic type supplements in the past, many of which did close to nothing. A sustained, consistent, calm energy

The last 3 days on the product, I've had the best sleep in years. And my energy during the day is high and consistent - no crashes.

I don't have a subjective feel like with Qualia, I just notice at the end of the day I am not tanked. I am more comfortable with making decisions or exercising self control when I would normally be exhausted.

I did notice that my energy was high and constant all day. One nice this was that ot felt like a calm energy, like kava mixed with kratom.

I was off work for a bit, I assumed getting a job would be easy but it actually wasn't. Qualia gave me the mental boost I needed and may have helped me get the job, anyway I'm still on it and finding it a great mental addition!

I found myself able to focus and be calm after taking the supplement. Able to be more creative and think a lot more clearly.
